Union Rags Wins Belmont Stakes
A Great Race Horse who was a favorite in The Florida Derby as well as the Kentucky Derby, Union Rags didn’t win those two races. A mutual choice for all involved Rags didn’t race in the Preakness. The Horse ended up winning the Belmont Stakes. With a change in Jockeys and a longer race, I think both added to the win.

Union Rags was a 6-5 favorite to win the Florida Derby and will be at The Kentucky Derby still considered a favorite to win by many. Union Rags came in 3rd place at The Florida Derby and here is a look at where the horse was right before the race.
